WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Shipping fees depend on your cart total and your PatchPak Club tier:
• Non-members: FREE delivery on orders EGP 1,500 and
above. A standard delivery fee applies below this threshold — the exact
amount is shown at checkout based on your address.
• PAK Explorer: FREE delivery on orders EGP 1,250 and
above.
• PAK Collector: FREE delivery on orders EGP 1,000 and
above.
• PAK Elite: FREE delivery on every order, no
minimum.
Orders of EGP 2,000 and above also include a complimentary gift, automatically
added to your delivery after checkout.
All times and dates given
for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest
available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 3-7 business days days
after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is
delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will
advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For more information
